Q. How
much is shipping?
A. Box weight up
to 1 lb is $6.50 for Priority Mail with confirmation; over 1 lb is our cost plus
$1 handling for United States. Other countries we will have to check with
the cost at the post office.
Q. Do you have a
holster to fit MY phone?
A. We make different
sizes. Tell us the height, width, and depth and we will send you one that fits.
Q. When ordering a dog
collar, what do I measure -- the old collar or the neck?
A. It is ideal to
measure the old collar, only to the hole the dog is presently using. Or measure
the neck. Do not add any extra, because we will add the extra inches to make it
work. Do tell us if the dog is still growing, but in any case, we always give
you extra holes on either side of the measurement anyway, so don't worry about
extra. Just give us an accurate measurement.
Q. What should my dog's
ID plate say?
A. A good phone number
is the most important thing, and perhaps the owner's name, Some people prefer
the dog's name, instead. It's usually unnecessary to include an address, since
no one mails a dog back.
Q. What do I get when I
have a saddle cleaned and oiled?
A. We take it as apart
as we can get it, inspect it, wash it, oil it, put it back together and dress it
with a finish coat. We hope you'll be amazed at how nice it looks when it's
done.
Q. How much does it
cost to have a saddle repaired?
A. A
side from the
obvious problem of exactly what's wrong with it, every saddle presents it's own
problems of how to get apart & back together again. I need to see the saddle
to safely give an estimate. Most repair jobs are like that.
Q. Do you repair
leather garments?
A.
No. We don't do garments.
Q. Can you put a fancy
design with lettering in leather for me?
A.
Sorry, but we don't
do tooling.
